Santhosh Residency Men’s Hostel
- 🚫 Outsiders should not enter into the Hostel.
- 📞 In case of any emergency outstay, the resident must inform the management compulsorily.
- 🔑 If you lose your private locker key, you will be charged Rs. 500.
- 📆 If you want to vacate the room, you must give a one-month notice period (1st to 5th of the month). Late vacating will incur a Rs. 600 daily charge.
- 💳 Monthly payment must be done before 5th.
- ⚠️ Delay in payment – ₹100 per day extra.
- 🚭 Smoking and alcohol are strictly prohibited in and around the Hostel premises.
- 💰 Without prior notice, vacating mid-month will not result in a rent refund.
- 🛏️ Room once booked – advance is non-refundable on cancellation.
- 📺 Television usage is allowed only between 5:00 a.m. and 11:00 p.m.
- 🙅♂️ Do not fight or use abusive language.
- 🏠 Minimum 3 months stay required
- ❌ Immediate vacating – advance will not be refunded.
- 📆 If vacated before 20 days from joining – converted to daily basis ₹600 (adjusted from advance).
- 🔐 Residents are responsible for their personal items. Management is not liable for any losses.
- 💡 Switch off lights, fans, and electronics when not in use.
- 🚔 Management has the right to evict residents engaging in illegal activities or irregular rent payment.
- ✉️ Residents intending to vacate must email santhoshhostel@gmail.com at least 30 days in advance. Rent will not be deducted from the security deposit without notice.
- 🚪 Vacating only on 30th – delay charges ₹600 per day.
- 🛏️ If any items are placed on vacant beds, a penalty of Rs. 3,000 will be collected immediately.
- 🛑 The management reserves the right to remove the items immediately and take necessary action.
- 🛏️ Use only the assigned cot. Unauthorized bed use will result in a Rs. 2000 fine.
- 🚗 Properly lock vehicles. Car parking outside the building is not allowed.
- 🍴 Unauthorized food consumption will incur full monthly package charges.
- 🔍 Rooms may be inspected at any time by management.
- 💳If a resident decides to vacate, Advance payment will be refunded before the 7th of the following month, after deducting the EB and common electricity charges.
- 💳The registration fee of 1000 INR is non-refundable.
